We are thrilled to announce that we have won an award in the prestigious International Property Awards for 2018/2019. We are winners in the Residential Property category for our exceptional project in Provence, France. What began as an enquiry for two high end bedside tables turned into a full interior design and property renovation project encompassing a villa, pool house and poolside area. Working with local architects and contractors, we took a tired-looking villa and transformed it into a stylish, welcoming and luxury pied-à-terre for our client, a space for him to escape and relax. Let’s take a closer look at this award winning interior design…
Bringing Back the Character
The 4-bedroom villa and its 2-bedroom pool house were originally built around 30 years ago, using the warm, honey-toned local stone. The interior, however, had none of this exterior character. The existing furnishings were old, tired and often ostentatious. The décor was bland and soulless.

Colours of Provence
The brief was straightforward. To create a light, airy interior incorporating the colours of Provence, using the finest European luxury furniture and the highest quality materials. Above all, it had to be comfortable, relaxing and sociable with a focus on quality.
A 21st Century Home
The client wanted a luxurious sanctuary but still a place to share with family and friends. Working closely with him to understand his tastes and how each area would be used, we created a well-thought-out, 21st Century home, sympathetic with its glorious surroundings and to the needs of everyone spending time in it. This meant open-plan areas for socialising and entertaining, with cosier, more intimate spaces to provide solitude when required. Outside, we re-designed the patio and pool surround for the ultimate relaxation space with an emphasis on luxury and comfort.
